Dear Parents and Families,

We have been given some information regarding our school closure. At this point the district and the school’s plan was sent to the state for approval and our distance plan was approved. We have been instructed to implement the plan that was sent out last week.  The elementary plan was sent home in their packets and the middle/high school students need to keep working every day in each course. We don’t know how long this closure will last, but we do know the earliest we will return is April 16th. In order for middle/high school students to get their credits for their courses they will need to complete about 20 activities each day. As long as we are implementing the plan we sent to the state we will get credit for the days we have been out of school.  We could potentially have to make up the days if students aren’t completing their work. We will continue to monitor progress through Mindplay, Ixl, and Edgenuity and we will contact you weekly if course work isn’t being completed as outlined in the plan to the state. Please make sure that your child is working every day. If you would like additional resources such as books, worksheets, or anything that might be helpful please let us know. We know this is a difficult time for everyone and we appreciate your help. Please email us or call the school if you need anything.
